Create a Wordpress plugin that allows a "Drag and Drop matching game"

Drag and Drop Matching Game

I need a plugin creating that allows the following:

Back End

- User to select up to 10 primary photos, each with a title and description

- User to select up to 10 secondary photos, each with a title and description.

- The primary photos need to be linked to the secondary ones

Front End

- When viewing the page, the primary photos will be shown first at the top, in a random order

- The secondary photos will be shown next in a random order

- The user drags a photo from the primary list to the secondary list

- If it matches, the top photo sticks in the top left corner of the bottom, and "correct!" appears just below

- If it doesn't match, the primary photo doesn't stick, and "wrong" appears at the bottom of the secondary pic

UI Touches

- The top photo should show visually that it is being dragged to the bottom

- When the top photo is placed over the secondary one (with the mouse still being held), the bottom photo should become lighter

- Once a photo is "dropped", if its "wrong" the user should see the photo return to the top section where it belongs via a CSS3 transition

I have enclosed a preview of how the page should look.

The user should be able to add multiple "Games", and these should be embeddeble in other Wordpress pages via a Shortcode.

I imagine the Freelancer will create a new custom post type "games".
