I am looking for a designer and developer to start working with on several projects. I have a project now that I need a theme created for. I already have the design and everything ready, just need a WORDPRESS theme made for the site. I need someone who can create the theme with ALL wordpress functionality. You can not create your own CSS to make this site. It must be used with standard wordpress functionality and CSS. The site must use the standard Wordpress visual editor. I do not want any builders like VC or anything else. Just need to use the standard wordpress visual editor. I need someone who can chat via Google Chat. You MUST speak and write American English. You must be able to respond to my messages and work quickly. I need a freelancer that I can assign multiple projects to every month. I need someone who can work with smaller budgets but knowing they are going to get more work than just this one project. If you send me a copy and pasted response or proposal I will DELETE it. If you don't have time to write me personally then you are not what I am looking for in a freelancer.
