Create a Wordpress Template

IF YOU CAN NOT WORK ON THIS DO NOT BID! I need someone that will be available most of the day. Other freelancers send me a message, I reply, and then I do not hear back for 24 hours! I can not get any work done that way. If you are not going to reply frequently then PLEASE DO NOT BID! I need someone to do some customization to a wordpress theme. I need the following: 1) the theme supports two types of users, buyers and sellers. I need buyers to be able to click a Paypal shopping cart button to send payments to a central Admin Paypal account but "tag" the payment saying it is for a particular seller. 2) After payment has been sent to Admin, I need the wordpress site to notify the seller that payment has been sent and they can ship the product 3) After buyer receives product, I need them to be able to click a button on the website that confirms product has been received and that payment should be released to seller 4) Buyer should be able to leave a review for the seller. No one else should be able to leave reviews, only buyers from that seller can leave a review. Reviews need to go to Admin first for approval and Admin should be able to edit, deny or remove a review. Review and review score (1 through 5) should appear on Seller's profile page. 5) If there is a dispute or cancellation, buyer should be able to file a dispute form and discuss with seller for 3 days. IF after 3 days resolution is not reached then buyer should click "Refund Now" button and then Admin needs to be notified that a refund is needed and should be able to read the dispute comments. 6) Sellers should have a "Completion" rating. Any time a buyer verifies they received product it should give them a 5/5. Any time a buyer clicks "Refund Now" button the completion rating should be a 0/5. Completion rating score needs to appear on Sellers profile below review score 7) I also need light customization of the wordpress theme like changing photos, renaming various menus, etc Wordpress website is live but not actively being used. Because of that money is very tight. I need a freelancer that will do the work now for a low amount and get paid more once the website is live and profitable. I need someone that will be available for months and years from now to continue to add features and updates for additional money.
