Create a Spin to win Game

Hi, We would like to create a a spin to win game like this one: [login to view URL] We would like the game to be able to change the look an feel of the spinner as well as changing the game engine. i.e. how many sections there are, what is won and how often each section is won. We need this to work on all devices, and be embedded on any site easily (like how you do with you tube videos). Please let me know if you need any more information.
