Create Mega Menu for Shopify Store

Hi there
Our store: [login to view URL], needs a mega menu -- we have one at the moment, but it seems the developer who built this, was really dodgy, because we *cannot* seem to modify it, to add it to other links (i.e. we want a mega menu ALSO on "Common Ailments" and "Sports")
The store is shopify and we need this ASAP - minimum 24hrs.
