Create Exportable Email List from Website

In need of a freelancer that can create a function on the backend of a travel website that will allow the admin to export the email addresses of all members. The website is built in PHP using Yii Framework. Please see attached screenprint of website backend showing the number of members. Email addresses already exist but they are currently not exportable. The purpose for the project is to allow the admin to email all users without having to copy/paste each address. A filter function should also be created to filter email addresses based on join date range. If this project goes well, I hope to establish an ongoing relationship for future updates to the website.
