The Primary Job of the Project is to Convert Homer Bootstrap Template ([login to view URL]) to Drupal Theme. For anonymus user page layout will be - [login to view URL] and for logged in user page layout will be - [login to view URL] The Theme will be tested via Automation Testing Software. Developer with Proper Drupal Theme building experience may bid, I might ask for some sample theme with detailed code explanation, Payment will be made after successfully installed and integrated into system after automation testing. Freelancer or Team, who successfully complete this Project, may get a bigger contract of Overseas Client. For any help feel free to ask.
