We are launching a full feature Country based online International Interactive information portal catering to all local festivals, Carnivals, Jazz festivals, Reggae Festivals, events including fetes/parties, fairs, rallies, social & community events, news, weather, politics, newspapers, radio stations, restaurants, vehicle sales, newspapers, funerals, etc. also as a “one stop place for sales and information on all Events, news, weather, politics, etc. and the territory on a whole”. The webportal will first be designed for my country and expanded into other territories. We need to have the webportal launched in MY COUNTRY within 45 days from the start of this project with the full capabilities tested to expand into any and all other territories. We need the site to be expandable VERY easily by ourselves to cater to any other Islands, countries, continent, states, provinces, etc… For example, if we are expanding into Mexico we should be able to do so quite easily.

We require a functionality rich website/webportal with an app and we have listed quite a few functions throughout our document which is not exhaustive and we would like to discuss additional features with the website developer in order to achieve our objectives. For practically everything requested in this document we need to be able to expand and control at will on the Sections, categories, subcategories, headers, etc. ourselves without the need for a developer to make these future expansions. This document is intended to be used for the ideas and concepts which we have uploaded and attached to this project. Every feature requested is intended to be a fully developed “feature rich” function and not just simple, basic features. This website is to be a functionality rich website and MUST be delivered on time.
