Converting an existing website to a WordPress theme.

I am looking for someone to convert the platform "PHPSound" into a WordPress theme, I am interested in the following things being changed to customize my needs. 1. I am interested in having this done as quickly as possible and honestly, I feel like if you use the code they already give you it shouldn't be that hard. 2. I am interested in only having the explore page as the search page, category page, index page, and tag page. 3. I want the MP3's to be pulled directly through a custom taxonomy. (Use any for an example when making.) 4. I want a working Like Button for each track. And everything else to remain as it is on the standard build. [login to view URL]
