Conversation Animation

I need someone with experience in animating human-like images. We need to have animations for people in a conversation. With gestures (hand and head movements) and mouth movement. Having 4 different animations that each have 4 'sections' of conversation with little pauses in between would be perfect.
Please attach animation samples to your bid. Refer to attachment for what kinds of settings and people we want to animate. Animation will be 2D for now. Potential future work beyond this initial project.
