Complete a Web App

I want a web app built to integrate with a website; its for a skydiving company now – but I would like to be able to configure it to other applications in the future (This would be a phased approach). The main functions are: Front End:  Online Booking (Customer and Sales agent) Back End:  Booking Calendar  Customer Management - Check-in - Manifest  Staff Management  Inventory Management  Equipment Management  Aircraft Management  Sales  Discount Management  Start & End of Day Reports  Payment Tracking & Management  Reports setup and execution  Updatable TV Display page (e.g. like at an airport next flight etc.) Attributes:  Remote Access  Website integration  Many login levels & hence restricted access to some functions  Highly configurable - Services & items for sale - Attributes recorded for customers - Attributes recorded for staff - Equipment management  Facebook integration  Ability to send emails & alerts  Barcode generator  Inputs include: - e-signature pad for customer form signing - barcode scanner - camera/scanner Background: The app is more than half completed – previous programmer had to pull out for personal reasons. It is a java app. It will need to be reviewed and then completed and released to integrate with our website. We want the app to be completed and finished – probably in approx. 2 phases and preferably in a short timeframe. There is scope for further work after for the right person who shows initiative and is happy to get stuck in. Full user/(sort of) functional specs available.
