The Website is a User Support site for an online sporting event registration company. The site consists of Articles and FAQs arranged within Sections and Categories along with a Contact Form (with API backend) that talks to Zendesk User Support Platform. The site has been 75% completed by a previous Freelancer who is no longer able to complete the work. Aside from a few plugins (like a search feature & FAQ Accordions) and some aesthetic work the site is basically complete. The Zendesk API is installed and working with only some basic tweaking required. I have attached the original Development Spec and also a document outlining what has been completed already and what is left to be finished. The Development Spec features a series of Screenshot Mockups. Basically the completed site just needs to look like those. All artwork has been completed and is in place already.
