Code for website

I have a csv file that contains different products and categories that I would like to be imported into my prestashop website. The amount of products are classified at the moment but since we are writing code to get the job done, it won't matter if they are 10 or a billion but for optimization reasons, we can talk about that later.

the current csv file is not prestashop formatted and contains categories, and image urls that need to be downloaded and the urls updated. So here are the things to be done:

1. Create a csv file with all the categories in the big csv file and import them to my prestashop website.

2. Create csv files that contain the products and update the categories with the category ids that are provided after uploading the categories to the website.

3. Downloading the images from the urls that are provided in the big csv file and updating that csv file with the new urls.

5. keeping all the information provided confidential.

I will need someone with good knowledge in python because its much faster than php in processing such huge amounts of data and also php and great knowledge in prestashop to make things work right.

I would like someone to give me a great price for the service since I'm on a very low budget.

I will provide a server with 64 GB RAM and 20 CPU power to accomplish this task as fast as possible. So i want someone to use all the processing power provided by that server to get the job done as fast as possible since renting this server is very costly.
