We want a simple code in HTML & Javascript. There will be a nice form with the text: “Please enter a decimal number:” . What we want is to enter a (decimal) number and must check the following: 1. If it is number 2. If it is not, the program must not allow typing anything else, except from numbers from 0-9 and up to only 1 comma. For example: 1235788844,25 You will have to send us the file to check if it works properly. It is required the code to have comments explaining the commands. The budget is $10 USD. Thank you.

Sounds like all you need is a simple html form with some input boxes and javascript that handles the key input to only allow numeric characters and or commas and decimals but it must always be a valid number like "1,003,203.34 ". When pressing a key if it makes the text non-numeric then it is ignored. Sounds simple and shouldn't take any time. Feel free to message me if you have questions.
