Chatbot like wikipedia on whatsapp - open to bidding

Whatsapp Chatbot is a service which works like a genie, when asked a question it will give you answers.

So the service will work like a database which will pick parameters from your query and send answers. These answers can be picked from any search engine api and we will present the user best five url or links which user can use for information.

For example: If a user wants to search for car servicing at andheri east and our chatbot name is YouAsk, he will type "car servicing andheri east". Now a query will thrown to the API's which we register for our app and parameters will be "car servicing" and "andheri east". Based on this we will show 5 best links to the end user and also give him a more link which will give him more options to explore.

In this we can create a chat app which will work only to provide information or it can be a chatbot which user will have to add to his Whatsapp contacts and create a group using this number.
