CALL CENTRE VICIDIAL/ELASTIX

Need a call centre solution using VICIDIAL , Need all the standard features of Vicidial and it should work with Asterisk . All Vicidial UI and branding has to be replaced with our custom brand name, and interface should be changes sufficiently to look different. Further the software needs to have some 30 additional reports/metrics displayed in addition to the standard reports available on vicidial. The code needs to be encrypted and should be packaged as an iso. The final modded vicidial should be able to provide per users/agent licensing If you are comfort with elastix will do also... SMS,FAX ,Email,Vtiger integration as a module Asterisk and Vicidial experience is mandatory. Once shortlisted we will provide the complete SOW. Similar past projects, portfolio and price and completion date decides the winner. The final project should be provided along with complete source code.
