Bulk mail sender needed ( If you have ready script then contact with me

I need a php bulk mail sender. if you have ready script then contact with me.

i need those option

1) can add SMTP as many as i want if one SMTP is disable then others one willbe active .

2) can add HTML or text or image email template .

and others feature if you can.
