Build a very simple website using php/html/css

I need a website within two-three hours, it needs to be coded in either PHP or HTML/CSS or both. :) (I know php outputs html/css).
The site is very simple, it will have our logo, a small text area with the following text: "We hate that great TV shows have to die because of silly reasons! Dont you?"
The background colour need to work with our logo, so you will get that once I have started the project, I think grey will be ok.
It should also have a signup form for a mandrillapp newsletter.
It needs to have google analytics on the front page, and we also need a success page for a successful signup to the newsletter, also with google analytics so we can track conversions.
This project needs to be completed within two-three hours from now, so it is a rush project!
