Build a social media login page and data capture framework

In order to facilitate the monetisation of the Netbay Internet Pty Ltd Free Wi-Fi network – Netbay Internet would like to capture as much information as possible about these individuals logging on from one or many Wi-Fi enabled devices and serve them an ad – (such as via a programmatic desk, or possibly via integration to a trading desk or Demand Side Platform/DSP). • Beyond the opportunity for collecting as much useful data about their users (and tailoring/personalising advertising messaging based upon that data), Netbay Internet would also like to investigate possible machine learning algorithms in order to drive advertising effectiveness as measured by click- through ratio, conversion rate and so on • Since Netbay Internet have access to location data (by accessing data collected by their Wireless hardware – which is created by Wireless vendor Ruckus Wireless Inc.) – it is theorised that this location data could be used for location-based offers. Example would be “Since you’re on Colllins street, and you like [High-End Fashion], 50 metres away from you on 161 Collins Street is Gucci Melbourne – perhaps you’d like to check it out for X% off” and similar one-time offers.
