Build a simple website -- 2

build a basic website with minimal amount of pages in php. must interact with an existing remote sql server DB. a current live sample website exists for conceptual understanding. list of similar websites supplied to better undertand industry design and concepts. very basic programming is required, with simple reads and writes to the existing DB. must be 100% complete in 4 days. incomplete work is unacceptable and will not be paid for. we control the milestones which will be 4. 1) 10% initial acceptance based on acceptable correspondence 2) 20% after 24 hours of ongoing correspondence and understanding 3) 25% functional website 3) 45% all corrections and fixes complete.
