PSD to Responsive website, it must be 100% same to our PSD 2. Website need to build CMS with Opencart or any opensource but not wordpress 3. CMS for 2 parts of the website only, it must be user friendly * Home Page Banner, please create CMS for 6 banner to roll * CMS for the Page of Projects and individual Projects Page and the Projects part of home Page 4. There are 3 categories of Projects – Residential/Commercial/Office Each page of category with 9 boxes of projects, after 9 will go to next page with no limitations CMS for changing wordings (title & descriptions) & photos on Mouse over effect and project detail page as well. Mouse over effect on projects, home page project part and project page 5. CMS can assign the position of the projects on Home Page and the Project Page 6. Photo auto fit into boxes 7. When the project completed with no problems, you have to launch the website. 10. Must be finish on 22/9/2015 without any problem and it must check before you sent to us, failure to do will treat as not finish, the project will cancel straight or $50 penalty apply. 11. Please make sure you have check the CMS with website in no problems and sent it to me or otherwise I will cancel the project straight as I have enough with those people who said completed the project but never check and sent, and please do not ask me to show where is wrong as to check the CMS working or not is your job not my job. A penalty of $30 will be apply if we have found out any part of CMS is not working or in bugs, it is because you did not check with the CMS. 12. HTML must be 100% match to our PSD, we will not accept there is any difference. We will cancel the project straight if you do not follow the PSD. If the size of the PSD is not correct, we will provide the size as you wish. WE WILL NOT & WE DO NOT ACCEPT delay of the timeframe or breach as above mentioned, WE WILL cancel the project straight with no excuses.
