From the looks of the example you provided, you need a real time cab monitoring system and an UX (probably mobile first). So you're gonna need a database which fits the bill like and a live event queue like Kafka. I have built real time traffic monitoring apps for backend systems before and will be able to use the experience here. Will add on to the project a set of DevOps tools for monitoring your website. Probably gonna use an angular stack for the frontend and use somethin like Ionic to optimize mobile experience. Not outlining deliverables below, can discuss over chat
