Booking Calendar with Drag and Drop

I need a module that shows a list of customers on the left, pulled from a MySQL database. On the right is a calendar, which shows days and and hours (see example). When a client name is dragged to the calendar, it can be dragged to fit the time of the appointment. The details of that appointment will be added to the database.
This needs to be responsive and mobile friendly.
It needs a dashboard to allow the user to CRUD the users and the appointments.
This is a module that will be inserted into a larger program, so no site design is required.
This must be written in PHP, preferably using OOP, but not using a framework.
NOTE: I do not want to see some long list of your projects. Any submission that does not directly reference the details of this project will be ignored. I am an experienced, busy, web developer. Success with this project could lead to much more work.
I realize that I didn't make clear that the program needs to be able to be used by multiple users, each of whom would have their own calendar. So we also need to have a database table and CRUD dashboard for users. Also, it will need a Sign Up/Log In function for users, with the ability of the SuperAdmin to be able to CRUD those users.
Additionally, the historical data needs to be kept, so that a user can go back to call up past months.
