CS:GO Betting website

Vision: I want to build a CS:GO betting website where users can battle online for skins they put up at the beginning of the game and then they get matchmaked with another player that has put up a skin of the same value and allow the user to buy credits on the website to purchase a power up (ie uprated gun to use in the next stage) then the game would start in like a RPG style battle in the browser where the user can choose an action to take IE move left to cover - Attempt shot (%would be here based on the cover the other player has and the gun being used) - Crouch - ect The winner would then win the skin and it be transferred into his steam account. This is the basic Idea.
