Avada theme - increase pagination and fix arrows

I need the number of pagination buttons (currently three) to instead show all pages, or if this is not possible at least a higher number of pages e.g. 20. I also need the pagination buttons centralised.
You'll also see on a single post page the arrows sit above the content on the related posts [url removed, login to view] - I need these arrows moved out to the sides of the post so they're not overlaying.
We're donating this to a charity for free thus the very small budget on this project
