Automate Instagram account activity (bot like Instagress) using API

I am looking for someone to create a script or web app that can use the Instagram API in order to automate account activity on Instagram. I used to use a service called Instagress ([login to view URL]) but it was recently shut down by Instagram. Here are the features I want: - Set list of hashtags my account will interact with - Set number of photos my account will like per hour - Set number of comments my account will post per hour - Set number of accounts my account will follow per hour - Set number of account my account will unfollow per hour - Set random time/delay between interactions - Set list of comments my account will post - Set how many accounts to follow at a time - Set how many account to unfollow at a time - Set hashtag blacklist (list of hashtags to never interact with) - Set username blacklist (list of users to never interact with) - Set keyword blacklist (list of keywords to never interact with) The dashboard (where I can make changes to all settings) can be a website or an app, as long as it's accessible and usable on a mobile device. Existing familiarity with Instagram/Instagress is a plus. I will select a Freelancer based on bid amount and previous similar work experience.
