Android / IOS app Make document eletronic and save as PDF in google drive.

We want our RMA form to be filed electronically. So the form needs to be converted into an app. The app needs to save the document as PDF file on a connected google drive account. For serial numbers it would be great to be able to scan the barcode with your phone, and save in the document.
