Admin Dashboard with Real Time Charts

I need a freelancer to add real time charts to following dashboard template (DASHBOARD): [login to view URL] The infrastructure I am looking for is: - webserver written in python (i.e. autobahn) - webserver retrieves simple JSON (8 fields) from external application via websocket - the webserver should store the data in lower frequency to postgresql and forward received data via webscocket - Data should be stored in 2 frequencies (very low frequency - hourly - for long history, and high frequency - every tick - for current day history). High frequency data will be only kept in database for current day. - Charting clients should connect to webserver via websocket and retrieve data history when they connect and continue getting updates in real time. - the charts should be displayed on DASHBOARD with following library: [login to view URL] and have exactly the same charts. - DASHBOARD will display data for three different JSON groups (3 different tabs) Looking for a coder who has experience in programming python websockets and d3 charting library.
