i have experience of 1 yr in mysql , so i could better be able to solve the problem ,but i require the scenario in which you are facing the problem .

Its just simple, the possibilities for this error are either the mysql config details are wrong or the mysql installation incase if you are using vpn server or dedicated server has gone bad, just need to take a backup and reset everything.

Hi, Probably you need to grant access to the user with the IP or hostname. What's your Dababase server? Mysql? You can try to do that if it can resolve your issue: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'user'@'%'
