OFX File Importer Class + Sql + Basic Php (ZF2 + Doctrine ORM class only)

This is prep-work for a major php project, and I'm advertising in case someone has experience for this and/or has already built it. If you're already built an OFX file importer and know about the format and duplicate-entry issues and have legal rights to the code, this might be super easy and very quick money for you. We're building a basic accounting app on Zend Framework 2.0 / Doctrine ORM and need to import bank data. Previous OFX file experience preferred but not required i.e. I'll give preference to someone who has done it and has working code, and is able to sort out the duplicate-entries that happen from an overlapping date-range. Anyway, to be precise, this bid is just for the importer class + importer php + sql - nothing else. i.e. I don't need sessions or a complete website, just the bare-bones code BUT it does need to recognize duplicate records and discard them. So if a client imports Q1 2013, then later imports just the month of March + April, all the records from March get discarded but April gets kept. If you're good, we'd love to push more work on this app, but for now we're just "laying tracks" / "taxi-ing the runway" i.e. lining up the assets to put the app together, and want to start with the importer and get a bare-bones skeleton app from which we'll grow.
