Simple Email HTML Template / Outlook Stationery

The chosen coder/designer will create an HTML Email Template to be used in Microsoft Outlook 2003. The HTML Email template will use only one graphic, our company logo - other design elements will be created using tables, cells and cell background colors. Specifications: 1. The HTML Email template must be valid HTML all CSS (if used) must be nested in place (not driven by a remote style sheet) 1. The HTML Template will be comprised primarily of a centered table with a fixed width of 675 pixels. Height will be variable to support various amounts of content 2. The centered table will have a black border of 1 px 3. The image tag for the company logo will need the following alternate text, "Mississippi Paving & Construction, Inc. Logo". 3. For design details please see below; We've included all of the artwork that will be needed for this project. Please review the .jpg that is a hand drawn illustration of what the finished project should resemble. Take note of the placement of text in the header and footer. Remember, the logo will be the only graphical element used so everything else is created using actual text and cell properities (background color, spacing, size, etc). In the hand drawn illustration, you will see a dotted line - the dotted line represents invisible cells without borders. The chosen coder/designer will be given latitude with cell spacing and placement, as long as the end product closely resembles our prototype. We've included a pdf with a sample letterhead that inspired the design of this template. Please take a moment to review it, as it will give you direction with color and element placement. The accepted template must display correctly in Hotmail, Yahoo, Google and Outlook (both in Firefox and Mozilla). The finished product should be provided as an .HTML file. We will host the provided graphic file for the logo. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Outlook 2003, .HTML, .oft, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google, Yahoo, and Hotmail
