PSD to HTML and PHP and XML

In this project I need to create some a template from a psd file. I have the psd file and deliver any graphic or image that will be necessary. The CMS that is used is called cloverfield and has a lot of individuell programming. It is written in php. Please expect that you need some time to understand how it works. There is no technical documentation. The cms consists of XML files which keeps the structure and css for the colors and pictures. There are already samples of templates and functions that are working. I am looking for someone with good php knowledge. The surface of the system is in german, the docs in the programmcode are mostly in english, otherwise I will translate. I add the design template, this design is not to hard to code. There is one flexible area in the middle of the template, that enlarges automaticly if you put more content inside. There is a full copy of the cms on my testserver, full access will be available.
