Flash changes/Graphics Design

This project involves the following tasks: * making changes to a Flash file (FLA) created in Flash CS3. * modifying a menu navigation bar on a website which will require modifying existing images (buttons), creating a new image, and modifying CSS code for the navigation bar. * modify the text on an existing image (add a new word). All of these changes should require no more than an intermediate level of knowledge/proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash CS3, CSS and HTML programming. ## Deliverables I have uploaded a ZIP file that contains a few graphics. Please reference the graphics and the comments below that correspond to the graphics provided: [login to view URL]: A new button needs to be created called "Directory" that goes between "About Us" and "Join NAPR". The fonts and graphics for all of the existing buttons will be provided. The width of the menu bar must not exceed the current width, so some of the images may need to be modified. The final product must look as clean and professional as the current bar. [login to view URL]: The text of this image needs to be changed to "Physician World Job Bank". The width of the image cannot be expanded, so the text will likely need to be changed to three lines. The final product must look as clean and professional as the current image. [login to view URL] All links on the Flash file (such as the buttons and bulleted items) are specified via an external XML file (which will be provided). The two changes required are indicated on the attached image. Join now "seal" image is currently not configured as a link. Also, the text on the right column is not aligned with the bullets, and should be. The FLA file as well as all accompanying graphics files will be provided.
