Design a web page layout - only one HTML file (and associated CSS and images), not a full website

Hello I would like to give to this website a new look: [[login to view URL]][1] The deliverable of this project is only one HTML file with their associated CSS and image files. You do not need to do the full website, only a template where the actual contents are placed. Regarding to the design I prefer a minimalistic approach with a white background but I am open to other ideas. I would prefer bidders that are able to issue invoices. I need it for accounting purposes. As a guide to the final result I would like to get. These are some websites I really like for its design: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Some constraints that should be highlighted: * - There should be an horizontal tab showing the menu (as the current site) * - The contents of the site should have a fixed width of approximately 800-1000 pixels (as the current site) * - There should be a place for a small text where keywords will be put. These placeholder should be a h1 html tag and must be close to the top of the html file (this is for SEO) In the current web site this placeholder shows "The professional tool to automate FTP and secure FTP transfers. Automated FTP & Batch FTP"
