Looking for a team that can convert my site into an auction site for commercial trucks. We have the site and the inventory already. This can be implemented through our database or as a program with easy control panel. buying and selling aspect of commercial trucks must be done through a bidding system with automatic email and alerts notifications. Must be able to have ecommerce for collecting deposit via various sources of payment such as paypal, credit card, etc... Both the buyers and the sellers must be notified automatically when a bid is placed, and give the seller the ability to choose a winner and the buyer must confirm, then deposit is placed instantly. When a buyer wins the bid, he must be able to pay deposit into escrow account, refundable with less fees if they choose not to continue with the purchase up to a specified time. Must be able to upload inventory to the database of MySql via Excel and XML Feeds. We have Linux, co-lo server. Third party programs acceptable only with demo. Must be scalable and easy to implement. This must also be SEO Friendly with full optimization of at least minimum of 4 months including in the price with an additional $500 cash bonus if SEO is accomplished succesfully at the end of of 4 months.
