Need a Frontpage design for my Wordpress-based website.

Hi,
I need a frontpage build for one of my websites ([login to view URL]), which runs on wordpress. I want the frontpage to consist of serveral 'blocks'. In those blocks there should be a small number of article titles, and I should be able to edit which articles are displayed in those blocks.
So in short; it should have a header and a footer (SEO-wise). And in-between there should be a few blocks. (top-5 articles, Guide (with five articles learning you how to trade forex), top 5 brokers. etc.).
I can make a small mock-up if requested.
