Add AFC Form to Frontend

I have created a custom form using Advanced Custom Fields for Wordpress ([login to view URL]). The form will be used to add listings for 3 different post types (this part is fine and functions). I now need to add the form to the frontend so users can fill out the information, but I'm having trouble getting any fields to display. The form is quite large and made up of 14 separate sections. The API looks fairly straight forward, but for some reason this is not working for me! What I need; • The form to display in full on the frontend • An option at the top to post the form to one of 3 different Post Categories • The form to save as draft upon user submission for admin review • Anti-span CAPTCHA at the end of the form
