I have a program that I have written in Delphi 5. I need it translated to run on the pocket PC which as I understand it runs Windows CE.
The program requires the user to input about 10 pieces of information (some using scroll downs and some data entry fields). It needs to call Help Files and printer routines. It produces text and some simply graphics. A working version of this program can be viewed at [[login to view URL]][1].
I need a translation that works on the pocket PC. I also need some advice about what developement tool should be used to maintain this code as I may want to update it periodically. I am thinking about upgrading to a more recent version of Delphi so such an environment would be ideal if possible. If it uses 3rd party components I need to know what licensing terms I would need to obtain.
