We are looking for a PHP/MySQL guru to develop an extension/plug-in for the open-source SugarCRM. Coders without STRONG English skills need NOT apply!!! Prior experience with SugarCRM will be a distinct advantage.
We are looking to develop a candidate module that will essentially be a database table with multiple field entries such as NAME, SURNAME, JOBTITLE, CURRENTEMPLOYER, CURRENTSALARY, MINIMUMSALARY etc. etc. It should act in a similar way to the Contact module in SugarCRM with the field names changing somewhat. We should be able to attach multiple documents, essentially CVs, (i.e. Word or PDF) to a record.
Perhaps the most taxing part of this project is the document scanner. We want to be able to upload a document (independent of a record) and then have the application scan the document for keywords like qualifications, name, address etc. and check for existing records in the candidate table that match. If there is no match then the application should add a new record based on that document’s content. If there is a record that matches the new document, the user should be prompted to either update existing record or create a new record.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
