We need a system that can handle incomming calls from a VOIP system on SIP protocol, and then put these calls thourg a IVR system.
Our VOIP supllier push the call's to a IP on our server, the software then need to pick up the call.
The software should at least could do this
Get the number the callers call from.
Understand what the caller pushes on the phone (Tone)
Record a conversation
Play a prerecorded message.
Report the data to a Database
We need to have the option to set up the system to respond on more IP so we can have diffrent setup of the system.
Easy setup of new system.
i.e. We need to set up a system that does this.
Caller get in on VOIP, System catch the call.
1. Play a message for the call.
2. the caller get option to push 1 or 2 to give their choice.
3. Play a messgae for the call
4. Hang up
All this have to be done in a easy to use interface, a visual interface is preferd but not a must.
We are new to this sort of business, so if we have forgot anything please tell ous.
The project need to be done soon, but not a urgent one
