Company web with integrated ecommerce, customer management, marketing management with desktop software, and quoting system

Need a web-based customer management, marketing management with client application, and quoting system developed for an insurance agency that will be hosted on [[login to view URL]][1] See [[login to view URL]][2] and [[login to view URL]][3] for a sample of the look and the quoting functionality that the website will need. The Quoting System Functionality should be completed first and within 2.5 weeks max and 30% of funds will be released once this is working. Next, the desktop software should be completed within 3-4 weeks and another 30% of funds will be released, the customer management should be completed/tweaked to work with the quoting and marketing system within 2.5 weeks and 25% of funds will be released. In order to ensure that the system is 100% operationally, I would like a beta test for at least 3 months at which time the remaining 15% of funds will be released. Please review attached document for additional info on the project. Please also be prepared to show a development map as a prereq for bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform System will need to run and work on [[login to view URL]][4] and you can feel free to use any of the preloaded features that the host company offers. Client based marketing application will need to work on both mac and windows desktop computers
