IP Based access to files

We want a system to allow us to manage access to a particular website based on IP address range. The system should allow the administrator to set up access ranges for customers to access particular resources over the net based on IP addresses. ## Deliverables We want a system to allow us to manage access to a particular website(s) based on IP address range. The system should allow the administrator to set up access ranges for customers to access particular resources over the net based on IP addresses. The database will hold customer IDs, address ranges and a journal title. When a customer goes to access our website, their access will be controlled by this application and their access is based on a previously entered data into the database. A customer may have up to 20 address ranges. We will need to determine a clean way to enter ranges as well as individual IPs. Lastly, when a customer accesses this page initially, the application needs to post information to our destination website to gain access. We need an interface that can be updated by layperson that is not a IIS pro. Also, we need to be able to print out the entire listing of what is in there by customer ID, etc. Lastly, the person needs to be redirected to another website with a post hash request of their server. This should run on a win2003 server SBS edition. The "management window" can be either web based or server based. We can install MS SQL Express if required. The max number of authentications won't be more than 1000 per hour. An added bonus would be to log the initial IP address for statistics. This can be add on work.
