WordPress Translation Plugin not translated contact form plugin and slider - repost 2

We still working on a Wordpress Project. Now we have a Problem. We used WPML Multilingual CMS 2.0.4.1. and have done upgrade to 2.7.1. Now we need to translate some things. The Contact Form and a text slider in top of the page must be translate. We can give the Translation on Word Doc. If you like to do this job for us. You have to explain your Solution with WPML. We need to translate the slider and also the Contact Form Plugin. Anybody have experience with those things? Our first time to work with Translation Plugins. Any Idea? You should tell us how it works or perform the task within 24 hours. It could not be a big thing, but we havent idea now. We are always looking for reliable long-term partners with high contact times. We are posting these Jobs 3rd time because the freelancer do not finish this project.
