Web Development Job: I’m a real estate guy in the San Francisco bay area, I need an elegant, stylish, sexy and great web site that captures my style and life in the bay area selling homes. I need a specific group of sites for various neighborhoods around the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably Oakland and San Francisco, these sites are very lead centric and lead capture oriented, they should focus on getting people to respond, I might build them in wordpress or they’ll be html php based. Software to use: (Wordpress) or Thesis blogging, if you are good, make your own designs, however these site are real estate real estate for specific neighborhoods and should focus on that theme clearly. PHP based…. I want a collection of sites made around the same theme just different neighborhoods. Your skills: Please be able to update themes; edit and place a PSD file into wordpress; have html skills, you should have web designer skills overall because I want more than just a wordpress guy. I have a designer oncall that will design the look, feel, etc…. This is an example, I don’t like much, it just highlights how to incorporate the various neighborhoods into the fold.
