website upgrade and changes

I have this first project for you. I have a Joomla simple corporate identity website. It also has SSL. It is a jooma based website and there is a payments gateway link on the payments section. Here's what i want for this website: 1. to be updated with catalogues 2. to be updated with new product lines 3. to have subscribe to newsletter section 4. i want the facebook, youtube and other icons changed 5. i want to add a banner and change one banner in the home page 6. i want a link for distributors that is visible also. 3. to have a function for e-commerce but separating medical professionals and end users. for medical professionals e-commerce site, prices are restricted and registration on the website is restricted until they submit their professional licenses for verification. also on the medical professionals e-commerce site, i want a menu which contains catalogues, logos, protocols and sensitive information that only professionals can access ( examplle [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] on the consumer site, prices can be hidden only on the front page but when they click on the product, they can access prices and shop without restrictions. i also need a menu to show where our products can be bought from such as distributor's e-commerce sites, spas, salons and clinics.. please look at these websites [login to view URL] ( there is a link for medical professionals, there is a link which spa they can buy it from) [login to view URL] ( there is a link on how to buy) osmosis skin care [login to view URL] no prices are showing up on the website but there is a my account section based on this, how long will it take, and how much will you charge me?
