Highly skilled Website Designer/Developer Team Needed:
We are looking for a Website Designer/Developer Team to create and contribute to a professional website. Assume the required site is similar to Freelancer.com.
Bidders must show previous work. We are seeking a long term relationship, a freelancer/s or a team who is reliable and talented is required, so that they can add their creative input to the design. You can bid and say which areas you want to work with, if you can’t work in all areas.
Winning bidder must be good at communicating and understand English well and must be accessible by Skype and email, so that they can understand work requirements clearly, have high standard communication and provide perfect work output.
Required Skills of the Freelancer/s Team:
1. Experienced in coding for Website to create an in-depth, feature-rich, professional look and function.
2. Someone with the resources to ensure development,
3. Able to program the site as well as complete the UI design, database implementation. Also, a warranty of not less than 12 months on all work, with retentions to apply. You will develop, install, and sustain for 12 months, in any contract as part of your price.
4. CGI - the Common Gateway Interface (covers many languages)
a. Develop & maintain CGI applications
b. Support and oversee data capture, data management and dynamic page generation.
c. May include SQL database development & management.
5. Database - use CGI transactions for:
a. Data collection and retrieval
b. ASCII files
c. SQL Databases

6. JAVA
a. Develop JAVA applets as required.
b. May include JDBC database development & management.
7. Javascript, Java (jQuery, Plugin), develop Javascript code as required.
8. Flash & ActionScript -- find and implement shared code; create custom Flash apps as needed.
9. PHP (Server Side Scripting)

12. C++/VB.Net

14. MySQL Database
15. Webmaster
16. SEO, Marketing, Website Promotion

Understanding of http, ftp, smtp TCP/IP suite and other internet protocols.
Coordinate all personnel, skills, elements.
Tactical Planner and Goal Setter
Make sure site works and continues to work on a daily basis. 12 months in place. Then available for 4 years, additional fixed price agreement, if we require and contract with you. Our option.
Summary:
