I have coordinated software deployment on premise and on cloud computing environments, specially targeting Linux distributions like Suse, Fedora, RHEL and Ubuntu. Also on Windows, but that is quite uncommon. I am not proficient on PHP but I am on Java. With that language, the base framework could be Spring, through which we could integrate with Freemarker in order to generate the views, JaxB to manipulate XML, and MyBatis or Hibernate to handle persistence.
