Update my website with wordpress (premium e-commerce theme)

I would like to redevelop an old existing online store ([login to view URL]) and replace it with a modern looking premium e-commerce wordpress theme. I have some skills/experience with installing and managing wordpress sites. I don't think this is too complex but I do not have the time to figure out all of this myself with a new theme, so I need someone reliable to: • Create a sub-domain or test site to work in • Install wordpress • Install a new premium theme (I will purchase the theme and send to succesful freelancer) • Set-up store similar to current site (I will provide instructions, but will include installing logo and background image, customising colours, creating pages, creating categories and subcategories, installing current content, widgets, setting-up payment gateway, member log-in, inventory etc) • Write simple instructions with screen pictures for me on how to use the theme, so I can upload between 300 and 400 products and product images (bulk upload if possible), and upload images to a gallery. • Then I would need someone to move the site from the test domain to the live domain AFTER I have put all the products in it and tested it (might take a few days) • Optimise for very good SEO rankings I also need: • someone who can communicate very well in English • someone who has a lot of experience in Wordpress • someone with positive feedback • to see THREE examples of recent Wordpress work for external clients. I do NOT have time to look at huge lists of sites. I have a number of other sites (directories and social media sites) I would like to customise with wordpress premium themes, so long-term relationship with a good, reliable developer (for minor fixes, identifying good plug-ins, helping with adverts if or as necessary, moving and backing up sites etc) is possible.
