We are a SEO company and a client of us is looking to redesign their website [url removed, login to view] ; it is a travel agency that is looking to expand into real estate as well. Changes required are:
1) Completely new design with images of hotels, beaches in the [url removed, login to view] colors to change from black (currently) to white background with green menus. We want to keep the same logo, only "Sejours" will change to green.
2) New system of presentation of hotels and villas. From the back end we can add the hotel/villas, a search function is not anymore needed, the hotels/villas should appear on the respective page one under the other, with a short description and a link that would take to the hotel/villa page. The back end should give us the option to set up the relative position (Premium hotels will be listed at the top). We can also have a Location left-menu or drop-down menu, and when the visitor selects it the page will list all the available hotels in that location.
3) The full hotel page should be under the format [url removed, login to view] name , it should have a place for a description, photos, available rooms, and the option for previous visitors to leave comments. Same thing for the villas.
4) Other than Hotels and Villas (Houses), a third dynamic section is needed, Immobilier (Real Estate), where listing of lands/houses for sale or long-term rental). It should be possible to create new logins for real estate agents to add or update their properties.
5) We need a real bilingual site (english would be under en directory, ie [url removed, login to view]), not the google automated translation as it is now.
6) Integrate a SMF or PHPBB forum with the new site design
Web designers with previous experience in hotel reservation or real estate websites would be preferred. Please provide examples of similar sites you have done before.
