To make it very clear, I need a website where people can post the jobs they need done, and then professionals who see the jobs, give them a quote.
Eg. If Joe needs a room to be painted, he registers on my site and then he posts his job on the site in the Painting category. A painter sees the job but can only see Joe's contact details after he quotes him on the job (through the site).
At the start it will be all free, but if the site becomes popular, i need to be able to turn on the option so that if you're a professional and want to quote on a job, you will pay a small fee.
If you would like more of an idea of the project, visit www.serviceseeking.com.au. Their site is complicated, I need something more basic.
So I need the website layout and script. Please make sure you understand what I need before you bid. You don't have to build from scratch if you find a script that does something similar.
